1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb004 platform (available at fb004.vip and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services), you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fb004 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using fb004 and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use fb004 and open a real-money account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on fb004. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, registered Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fb004 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• fb004 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited from a source not registered to the account holder may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, which shall form part of these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited into your fb004 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on fb004.vip — including but not limited to the fb004 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fb004 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the fb004 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of fb004.

9. Limitation of Liability

fb004 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fb004 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation or regulatory direction requiring account action.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the primary withdrawal method on file, subject to identity verification.
